2The app

Posture Guard is a Windows app that helps you sit well, take breaks and build healthy habits at your desk. Some features are free. Others need Premium.

3Not medical advice

Posture Guard is a wellbeing tool. It does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition and does not replace a doctor or physiotherapist. If you have pain, numbness or any symptom that worries you, please see a health professional.

4Free trial

New users get 7 days of Premium free, once per Google account. No card is needed. When the trial ends, you keep the free features.

5Plans and payment

• Monthly and yearly plans (outside Egypt) renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime, and Premium stays until the end of the period you paid for.
• Yearly plans in Egypt do not renew automatically. We remind you before your year ends.
• Lifetime means Premium for as long as Posture Guard is offered, with no further payments.
• Purchases outside Egypt are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the seller of record and handles payment, tax and invoices. Their buyer terms also apply to those purchases.
• Prices are shown for your country. If prices change, the change never affects a period you have already paid for.

6Refunds

If Posture Guard isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund you in full.

7Your account and devices

Premium works on up to 3 computers with the same Google account. Please keep your account to yourself. For more computers, see our plans for teams.

8Breaks and Strict mode

Breaks can cover your screen, and Strict mode removes the Skip button. You choose when breaks happen, so please set them around important work, calls and exams. Ctrl+Alt+Del always works.

9Fair use

Please don't copy, resell, reverse engineer or get around the licensing of Posture Guard, and don't use it to watch other people without their knowledge.

10Ownership

Posture Guard, its name, design, animals and content belong to O. Rady. You receive a personal licence to use the app, not ownership of it.

11Our responsibility

We work hard to make Posture Guard reliable, but it is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be changed by agreement.

12Ending

You can stop using Posture Guard at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

13Changes and law

If we change these terms, we will update the date above and announce important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
